Promotion
The Incubator Creative Hub is committed to representing artists and tutors and broadcasting a diverse array of creative learning opportunities to the community. All workshops and events held in The Creative Campus are a part of a wider promotional strategy that runs throughout The Incubator and its various platforms.
If you’re just wanting to hire the space without any promotional services, only the venue hire fees apply. Click here for the booking form, or scroll down to the orange form.
Workshop Venue, Admin and Promo Combo:
-
20% of total bookings or 10% Admin and Promo + Venue Fee - whichever is cheapest for the tutor
-
Minimum $25, paid upon submission in the non refundable deposit
The Incubator and Creative Campus team create and share:
-
A workshop listing and ticket page managed by The Incubator. Tutor access to the booking details can be arranged.
-
Workshop listings including an artist bio. Both the workshop and it's tutor are promoted through our Creative Campus and Incubator booking pages, event calendar, monthly newsletter and What's On flyer.
-
A4 posters, website banners and social media tiles will be displayed around the Historic Village and will be used across our social platforms and other relevant promotional event websites and locations.
-
Facebook event page, to which the tutor and various other creative and promotional platforms will be co-hosted.
-
Scheduled social media posts on both The Incubator and The Creative Community Campus Facebook and Instagram feeds.
Following their submission, tutors will receive a finalised copy of their submission, as well as links to the features listed above and files of their poster and social tile.
Tutor requirements:
-
Allow at least 5, but preferably 6 - 8 weeks between booking and the workshop date. This allows enough time for the workshop submission to be finalised, for our promotional strategy to be implemented and to build momentum to get your workshop filled.
-
Tutors are also required to employ their own promotional strategy in collaboration with the Incubator's in the weeks leading up to their workshop. Using the provided Incubator promotional resources, is encouraged but not required.
-
The tutor must send through as many images and photos as possible. These will be used in the promo of the workshop and the artist. To be suitable for promotional purposes they must be high-resultition and offer an insight into the workshop, e.g. past workshops, participants work, artists own work, the artist themselves.
-
Tutors are encouraged to share photos from their workshop with the Creative Campus team so we can continue to direct interest to future workshops by the tutor. Tutors are to tag us in any photos on social media @thecreativecommunitycampus and like our page so we can tag them in ours.
-
Following the workshop, our Workshop Coordinator will be in touch with details about receiving payment for the bookings.
Resources:
You must specify your requirements in your submission so that we can add them to your booking - subject to availability (additional charges may apply).
