The Creative Community Campus represents the Incubator's expansion into creative learning and events. Thanks to a generous grant from Lotto NZ, we acquired this building, which has significantly transformed the arts infrastructure in the Tauranga community.
As the largest community arts facility in the Bay of Plenty, the Creative Campus provides a diverse array of spaces, genres, meeting areas, and opportunities for tutor employment, community volunteering, kura engagement, and rangatahi activities.
We strive to offer affordable and accessible venues where artists can share their expertise through bite-sized workshops for the community to enjoy.
This initiative has greatly enhanced the placemaking impact on the Historic Village, elevating it to a nationally recognised arts village and destination.

Type of events
Our venue can be used for a range of events; creative workshops, art classes, one on one tutoring, group events, team building, creative bootcamps or children's birthday parties.
Parking
We have free on-street parking spaces on 17th Avenue. Workshop tutors can arrange with the team to get access for packing and unpacking gear.
Wall murals
We pride ourselves on being a vibrant, colourful and creative hub so it was important to us to make our spaces reflect the same values! It was our mission to connect with local artists to bring bold and bright colours into our spaces and that is exactly what they have done!
