About the event

This exhibition is focused on a body of works based around the word 'fractured' meaning to be cracked, broken, split, divided or unable to function or exist.


I work from my studio in Whakatane, Bay of Plenty, in a diverse range of both two and three-dimensional mediums. My past works have been included in solo and joint exhibitions and selected as a finalist in numerous art awards, including the 2020 Molly Morpeth Canaday Art Award - 3D. A recently rekindled love affair with clay has developed into an unstoppable desire to create unique artforms from clay. Each day new thoughts and ideas are transposed into beautiful pieces of art.

 

This exhibition is focused on a body of works based around the word 'fractured' meaning to be cracked, broken, split, divided or unable to function or exist. The pieces of art will expand beyond just the physical form, to explore…
