Soaring Collective is made up of Cian O Cinnseala and Serge Balmer. They are both long-time New Zealand residents who got together in 2019 to produce the kind of ambient / downtempo electronic music that has always inspired them. The two stipulations they came up with were to create music that was coming from an ego-less perspective and music you could go soaring to, hence the name Soaring Collective.
Serge, originally from Switzerland has been creating electronic dance music all his adult life and has released many tracks online under his own name.
